(All Committees operate under the guidance of an ORLL Board Member)
Fundraising Committee: Assist the fundraising director in the collection of donations for our league
Special Events Committee: Assist in the planning and execution of the league’s 2 major special events, currently on the table for consideration are the Annual Member Meeting Spaghetti Dinner and Family Fun Day.
Fields Committee: Under the direction of the Head Groundskeeper & Division Directors, assist in the care and maintenance of the fields located at the Bernal Sports Complex (Rookie/AAA/Softball) and Anderson Complex (T Ball and Majors).
Opening Day Committee: Assist the Board of Directors in our kick off celebrations! This would include lining up the players, Spirit wear sales, working concessions for the day and several other activities which are being planned. Be part of the planning for this special day!!
Closing Day Committee: Also will assist the Board of Directors in our closing ceremonies. This day typically entails helping distribute medals and player coordination among other things.
Photography: Is taking pictures your passion? Help our league’s Information Officer by sharing your pictures taken during the season and forwarding them. They can then be put on the website or compiled in a book for all to see!!
Membership Committee: Assist the Board of Directors in coordinating volunteer for the various events during the season.
Managers/Coaches: A little league organization is only as strong as its volunteers and is NEVER complete without managers and coaches….especially in T Ball and Rookie divisions. If you would like to volunteer in this capacity, please speak with a board member.
