T-Ball Coordinator

I am Jose Valdez Director of T-Ball.  I have been with Oak Ridge Little League since the spring of 2010.  I first joined Oak Ridge Little League when my son decided to play T-Ball.  That same season I made my debut as the Coach for the T-Ball Dodgers.  Since then I have coached and managed my son’s AA teams. I have to admit that signing up to coach was not my plan, however I’m happy to say that it has been the most rewarding experience.   My daughter also plays softball and she is getting ready for her second season.  ORLL is a big part of our lives and for that reason I feel that is very important to take an active role in this organization. 

As the T-ball Director my goal is to work with coaches and parents to ensure that our kids have a great time learning the game in a safe environment.   I’m looking forward to a great season and I hope to see everyone on the field.
