The Oak Valley program is a collaborative agreement between Oak Grove Little League and Oak Ridge Little League where young adults ages 13 and 14 (Jrs. Level) 15 to 16 (Srs. Level) and 16 to 17 (Bigs Level) can still play baseball under the guidance of Little League. The players shall come from both OGLL and ORLL league boundaries.
Oak Valley is a highly competitive division of baseball, where they play on a high school fields with rules similar to the high school level. This a two year program to get the kids more comfortable with 90’ diamond and a perfect place for them to hone there skills so they will be ready if they choose to play high school ball.
Under the Oak Valley program the young adults are taught pick off moves, stealing, balks, squeeze play and many other fundamentals of the game. At this level of the competition these kids will have two year program to perfect their skills on the same size diamond that the MLB players play on everyday.
Oak Valley is also a level that can keep your young adults playing the game they grew up loving and having fun with there friends and although not all kids may end up playing high school ball they can still play for fun and remember your young adults will always have a place to play and a home with Oak Valley Baseball!!
