Registration Documents Required

Please bring ALL registration documentation to sign ups or send them with your registration packet.

 

Documentation includes:

A) 3 proofs of residency (see below)

B) A certified birth certificate.

 

 

Proofs of residency include:

Under Little League Baseball's requirements for proof of residency, “residence,” “reside” and “residing” refer to a place of bona fide continuous habitation. Residence shall be established and supported by documents from THREE SEPARATE categories to determine residency of such parent(s) or guardian:
 
  1. Driver's license
  2. Voter's/auto registration
  3. School records
  4. Welfare records
  5. Federal, state and local records
  6. Support payment record
  7. Homeowner or tenant records
  8. Utility bill
 
Two items from the same category cannot be used. (Example: SJ Water and PG&E are both utilities)

Residency Documents must be valid from October 31, 2011 to January 31, 2012.  If they expire during this time period, please bring both the old and new documents to cover the entire span.  For example, If your car insurance expires December 15th, please bring both the old insurance (to cover from 10/31 - 12/15) and the new insurance (to cover from 12/16-1/31).
